Melt margarine. In a large pot combine melted margarine and potato wedges.

Cook on low to medium heat for 30 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.

Mix together flour and onion soup mix.

Add mix to potato wedges and stir.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.

Turn out onto a baking pan and cook about 25 minutes, uncovered.

Turn wedges once during baking time.

More time may be necessary, depending on how brown and crisp you prefer.
