Potato Wedges

Melt butter in shallow pan.
Wash potatoes, leaving the peel on.
Cut into wedges.
Mix dry mixture in mixing bag.
Add 4 to 5 potato wedges; shake until potatoes are coated.
Lay potatoes in pan with melted butter.
Bake at 450Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn potatoes every 15 minutes.
