Potato-Vegetable Casserole
Potato-Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown the ground chuck in a skillet; drain off fat.
Boil the mixed vegetables for 6 to 8 minutes.
Mix all ingredients with the browned meat and cooked mixed vegetables and place in a casserole or a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Top with Tater Tots.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until nicely browned.
