Potato Tuna Chowder
Potato Tuna Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced, 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced and 1/2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in large saucepan.
Saute onion until transparent. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and 2 cups water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring constantly.
Add tuna and milk.
Heat through. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
Serves 8.
