Potato Supreme
Potato Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. cubed cooked potatoes, 2 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 c. gouda cheese, 1 c. chopped onions and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine all ingredients except butter and stuffing mix.
In a large bowl, mix thoroughly and then spoon into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, lightly buttered.
Combine stuffing mix and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° or until bubbly and brown.
May be made ahead and stored covered in refrigerator.
