Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with c. diced potatoes, c. diced onions, c. diced celery, . pepper and c. milk (canned evaporated), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook vegetables in just enough water to cover until tender. Do not rinse.
Add milk, pepper and potato flakes.
Simmer until thickened.
(May use more instant potato flakes if you prefer a thicker soup.)
You may also add diced ham, canned salmon or bacon to this soup.
