Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter, 7 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed, 2 cans condensed chicken broth and 2 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large cooking pan, saute onions in butter until onion is tender.
Add potatoes, chicken broth and water.
Bring to a boil. Cook until tender.
Remove from heat.
PurΓ©e half of mixture in blender or with mixer.
Return to saucepan.
In skillet, brown the sausage.
Drain.
Add sausage and milk to soup.
Cook over low heat until sausage is heated thoroughly.
