Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 large potatoes, 5 stalks celery, 1 stick margarine, skim milk and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel and chop or cut up carrots, cut up celery and chop up onions.
Cover these with water and cook for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
Cut up potatoes, cook until tender on medium heat.
When almost done, add margarine and cook until melted.
Mix cornstarch and skim milk and thicken to suit.
Add salt and pepper to taste. When done, you can sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
