Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced to about 1/2-inch thick, salt and pepper to taste, 1 onion, sliced, 3 tbsp. margarine and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook potatoes in 5-quart pot. Add margarine, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until just about done.
Make thicken, of flour and water.
Stir in slowly, then let simmer.
If it gets too thick, add a little more water. Serve with grilled cheese sandwich or bread and butter.
Good on a cold winter day!
