Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut in small pieces, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 can cream of celery soup and 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large pot, cook just until done (but not mushy) in enough water to cover them.
Add small amount of parsley flakes, salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 can of cream of celery soup.
Add cheese and cut heat off.
Stir frequently until all the cheese is melted.
