Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. large potatoes, 3 lb. bag carrots, 1/2 stalk celery, 1 onion and 3 or 4 lb. ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel and cut potatoes in large chunks; cover with water and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut carrots, ham and celery into chunks; add to potatoes.
Also add onion and pepper to taste.
Boil until water is almost gone; fill pan with milk.
Cook about 20 to 30 more minutes.
This will thicken itself.
