Potato-Sausage Casserole
Potato-Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 3/4 c. milk, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown sausage and onions and drain.
Mix milk, soup and pepper together.
In 9 x 9-inch dish layer one-half potatoes and one-half of soup mixture and one-half cheese and one-half sausage.
Repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and sprinkle a little more Cheddar cheese over top.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
