Potato Salad Dressing
Potato Salad Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. vinegar, 4 tbsp. butter, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine milk, sugar, vinegar, eggs, butter, cornstarch, salt, celery seed and dry mustard in 1-quart glass bowl.
Microwave until thick.
Stir often.
Add 1/4 cup salad dressing or more to your liking.
Add 1/4 cup chopped onion.
Thin with milk, if you wish.
Add to cooked, diced potatoes; chill.
This is enough for about 7 medium cooked potatoes and 3 hard-cooked eggs.
