Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 medium/large potatoes, 4 to 5 eggs, boiled and cooled completely, 3 to 4 chopped sweet pickles, 1/4 c. pickle juice or more and 3/4 c. or more miracle whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook potatoes in skins.
Cool completely.
Boil eggs and cool completely.
In large bowl, chop potatoes and eggs into small cubes.
Add sweet pickles, pickle juice, Miracle Whip, prepared mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
