Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 medium onion, diced, 1 medium tomato, diced, 2 boiled eggs, diced and 1 c. dill or sweet pickle, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until done, do not overcook.
Place potatoes in large bowl.
Add onion, tomato, eggs, pickles and olives to potatoes.
Add celery seed, mayonnaise and mustard.
Stir mixture only enough to mix well.
Leave potatoes diced, if possible.
Chill or serve warm.
