Potato Romanoff
Potato Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large potatoes, boiled in skins, 1 cube margarine, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1 pt. sour cream and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel potatoes; dice and chill.
Melt margarine in pan with cheese.
Stir until almost melted.
Remove from heat.
Add soup and stir.
Add sour cream and salt.
Lightly mix sauce with potatoes and put in 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
Cover with 1 cup crushed corn flakes.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325° to 350°.
