Potato Refrigerator Rolls
Potato Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. warm water, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir in sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and potatoes.
Mix in flour.
Knead on floured surface until smooth.
Roll in oil.
Put in bowl.
Cover.
Put in refrigerator for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before making into rolls.
Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours or double.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 12 to 13 minutes.
May be kept in refrigerator.
