Potato Onion Supreme
Potato Onion Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.), 2 large sweet onions, sliced, 1/4 c. water, 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules and 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook potatoes, peel and slice 1/4 inch thick.
Set aside. Place onions, water and bouillon in saucepan.
Bring to boil. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until onions are tender.
Drain and set aside.
Combine cheese and sour cream.
In a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish, layer half the potatoes, onions and cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Combine crumbs and butter.
Top potato mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and several onion rings.
