Potato Lefse
Potato Lefse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. mashed and riced potatoes, 1/4 c. butter, 1/3 c. whipping cream, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

When potatoes are cooked add butter while mashing, then rice.
Add the cream, sugar and salt.
Cool for about 2 hours in refrigerator.
From into balls.
Roll thin and bake on lefse griddle.
Makes about 12 to 15. Best served with butter, cinnamon and sugar.
