Potato Deluxe Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw potatoes 1/2 hour before using.
Mix all ingredients except the margarine and potato chips.
Put into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Dot top with margarine.
