Potato Chowder
Potato Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, cubed and peeled, 6 strips bacon, diced, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. chopped celery and 2 carrots, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute bacon and onion in large kettle.
Add potatoes, celery, carrots, water, bouillon cube and seasonings.
Cover and cook until vegies are tender.
Add milk and heat through.
Mix flour and butter.
Add to chowder.
Cook, stirring occasionally until slightly thick.
