Potato Chip Chicken
Potato Chip Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, dash of pepper, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. potato chips and 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter.
Crush potato chips with rolling pin before opening.
Mix crushed potato chips with garlic salt and pepper on waxed paper.
Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in potato chip crumbs.
Place pieces on pan, skin side up, so they do not touch.
Pour rest of butter and crumbs over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Do not turn chicken.
