Potato Cheese Casserole
Potato Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. potatoes, thinly sliced, 3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 eggs or egg substitute, 1 c. low-fat or nonfat cottage cheese and 2 tbsp. onion flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place 1/2 of potatoes in a 1 to 1 1/2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese, then remaining potatoes and remaining Cheddar cheese.
In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture evenly over potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until light brown. Serves 6.
