Peel, cube, boil and drain potatoes.

Place in food processor and purée until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and continue processing until smooth.

You may have to do this in batches.

Spoon mixture into buttered 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until piping hot.
