Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 red potatoes, 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 stick margarine, 5 to 6 ripe tomatoes and 5 to 6 onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Butter casserole dish.
Peel potatoes and slice whole.
Layer dish or pan across bottom with potatoes.
Peel onions; slice across, making thin slices.
Layer on top of thin sliced potatoes. Peel tomatoes and slice thin; layer on top of onions.
Sprinkle with 1/2 salt.
Sift thin layer flour over tomatoes.
Slice margarine and lay on top of flour.
Repeat entire process.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
