Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook potatoes, in boiling water to cover, 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain, let cool to touch.
Peel and cut into strips or squares.
Set aside.
Combine 1/4 cup margarine and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl; gently stir in potatoes and cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish.
Combine 3 tablespoons margarine and stuffing mix; sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
