Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. ham, cut into small pieces and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook potatoes in enough water to cover for about 10 minutes, or until almost tender.
Drain.
Mix the next 5 ingredients with potatoes; pour into a greased casserole dish.
Cover and bake in a 350Β° oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Just before serving, toss cracker crumbs with the melted margarine and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Top with bacon bits.
Brown under broiler.
