Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen small french fries, 1 lb. american processed cheese, grated, 3/4 c. chopped celery, 3/4 c. chopped green bell peppers and 1/2 c. chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute pepper and celery in margarine.
Add flour, soup and milk.
Mix well.
Add carrots and pimientos.
Spread potatoes in long baking dish and pour mixture over them.
Add 3/4 of the cheese.
Cook 25 minutes at 400Β°, then add remainder of cheese on top.
Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
