Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 potatoes, 1/4 lb. cheese, grated, 1/2 chopped onion, 2 c. half and half or low-fat milk and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil potatoes in jackets.
Cool in refrigerator for 48 hours. Peel and grate (hand grater works best) in big casserole dish. Add the grated cheese and chopped onion.
Mix the warmed half and half, melted butter and salt and pour over potatoes.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serves 12.
