Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onions in butter.
Place potatoes in casserole dish. Mix in soup, sour cream, onions and cheese.
Mix together 1/2 stick margarine, softened and 1 cup of corn flakes.
Sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
