Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 potatoes, 4 green onions, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk and 1 c. cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook potatoes with skins on until tender; remove from heat. Let cool, peel and slice.
Heat milk and pour 1/2 cup warm milk in flour to thicken sauce.
Add 1 1/2 cups of hot milk, cheese and butter.
Add sliced potatoes, fresh cut onions and sauce.
Repeat until all is used up.
Heat in oven for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
