Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 pt. sour cream, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 stick melted margarine and 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients together well, saving out some cheese for top.
Spread in large 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Add cheese to top of casserole during last 15 minutes of baking.
