Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with about 4 lb. potatoes, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 c. sour cream, 8 oz. grated mild cheddar cheese and 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook potatoes in microwave or on stove.
Saute onion and margarine, then add soup, sour cream, about 6 ounces of cheese and heat slowly until mixed.
Peel and layer potatoes in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Pour sauce prepared over potatoes and bake at 325Β° for about 30 to 45 minutes until heated through.
Put rest of cheese on top for about the last 10 minutes.
