Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (36 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 2 c. corn flakes, crushed, 3/4 c. butter, melted, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Defrost and drain potatoes.
Combine corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter; set aside.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, cheese, soup and sour cream.
Add potatoes.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Top with corn flake mixture and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
