Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 potatoes, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 c. grated cheese, 1/2 c. margarine, melted and 1 bunch green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil potatoes in skins until just tender.
Cool and peel. Grate cooked potatoes into mixing bowl.
Add melted margarine, sour cream, chopped onions and grated cheese; mix well.
Put into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 6 servings.
