Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, peeled and grated or 36 oz. shredded hash browns, thawed, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt 1/2 cup butter and saute green onions.
Add soup, salt, sour cream and cheese.
Using 3-quart Pyrex pan, layer potatoes in pan evenly.
Gently stir in sauteed mixture.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix in cornflake crumbs.
Pour over top of casserole and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
