Potato Carrot Casserole
Potato Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. raw potatoes, coarsely grated, 1 c. carrots, coarsely grated, 1/2 c. onion, coarsely grated, 1/2 c. milk and 1 c. cream of chicken or cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together potatoes, carrots and onion and put into greased pan.
Blend milk with chicken or celery soup, salt, pepper and melted oleo.
Pour over potato mixture.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese on top.
Bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
