Potato Cake
Potato Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 8 potatoes, cooked and mashed, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients together and beat well.
Put into a greased spring-form pan and brush the top with beaten egg.
Cook at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
