Potato Buns
Potato Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Measure flour into large bowl.
Mix all other ingredients; add yeast mixture and pour over flour.
Mix good and knead.
Let rise.
Punch down in bowl, take approximately 1/4 cup portions rolling in your hands to form a ball and place on cookie sheet.
Bake on middle shelf at 350Β° for 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
Yields approximately 2 dozen.
