Potato Bread
Potato Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. scalded milk, 1 c. oil, 3 pkg. dry yeast, 4 beaten eggs and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Scald milk, add potatoes and salt.
Blend in oil.
In cup, combine yeast and water.
In another bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Add to potato mixture.
Blend in yeast mixture.
Add flour gradually to make a soft dough.
Knead.
Place in bowl, covered. Let stand 1 hour.
Should double in size.
