Potato Biscuits
Potato Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten separate, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. unsalted mashed potatoes, 1 c. milk and 1 cake compressed yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix with eggs, sugar, potatoes and milk together with enough flour to make a sponge that will drop from spoon. Put to raise at 11:00. At 1:30 take 1 quart of flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup butter. Pour in sponge and make dough not quite as stiff as for bread.
About 4:00 make into rolls to let raise and serve at 6:00.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 to 25 minutes.
