Potato Biscuit
Potato Biscuit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. milk and 1 c. mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add potatoes, stirring lightly.
Add milk and stir until a soft dough is formed.
Turn lightly 10 to 12 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 1 dozen.
