Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 5 lb) english roast, 2 can golden mushroom soup, 4 or 5 potatoes, medium size, 8 carrots and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Wash roast and place in center of foil.
Salt and pepper, and slice onion on top of roast.
Wrap foil loosely around roast and place in a roaster pan, large enough to hold everything.
Cook until will done in oven, at 450 degrees.
When well done, remove foil.
Spread 2 cans of Golden Mushroom Soup over the roast, rinse the cans with water, pouring this around the roast.
Peel potatoes and cut in half, place then around the roast.
Peel carrots and place around roast.
Return to oven and cook until potatoes and carrots are done.
