Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) chuck roast, 1 large onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 c. vinegar and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Rub salt and pepper well onto roast.
Brown on 4 sides in small amount of oil.
Dice onion and garlic and cook until onion is clear.
Mix vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and enough water to make 1 cup.
Add to roast with another cup of water.
Cover tightly and cook until tender.
