Pork Tenderloin on Rice
Pork Tenderloin On Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mushroom soup, 1 soup can milk, 3/4 c. uncooked rice, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and stem pieces and 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend mushroom soup and milk; reserve 1/2 cup.
Stir in remaining soup mixture, rice, mushrooms (with liquid) and onion soup mix.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch ungreased baking dish.
Lightly brown tenderloin in skillet.
Arrange on top of rice mixture.
Pour reserved soup mixture over dish.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350Β°. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
