In large roasting pan, place tenderloin.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
Pour marinate sauce over meat; marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
Then bake for one hour at 350° uncovered. Make sure internal heat reaches 150° temperature inside.
