Pork Soup
Pork Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. boneless pork, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 stalks celery, diced and 3 cubes chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut pork in 1/2-inch cubes.
Shake with flour in a plastic bag until coated.
Heat oil in a 3-quart saucepan.
Add pork.
Brown lightly.
Add onions; saute 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Add celery, bouillon cubes, watter and marjoram.
Bring to boiling, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add potatoes and mushrooms to liquid.
Bring to a boil again, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in green pepper and pimientos.
Simmer for 5 minutes more.
Sprinkle with parsley.
