Pork in Mushroom Sauce
Pork In Mushroom Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Flour meat and brown in oil.
Place meat in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass dish.
Place onions on top of meat and season to taste.
Mix soup and water together and pour over meat.
Bake, covered, at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Add the mushrooms the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
