In skillet on medium-high heat and in salad oil, cook cutlets until browned on all sides, turning once.
Place cutlets in buns and keep warm.
Heat to medium the drippings in skillet; stir in catsup, molasses and lemon juice.
Heat to boiling, stirring.
Add salt and pepper to fried cutlets.
Spoon sauce over meat in each bun.
