Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup apple juice, butter/margarine and chopped apple in a large bowl.
Saute pork chops in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
Mound 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on top of each pork chop.
Sprinkle with paprika. Add 1/4 cup apple juice to skillet.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is done and stuffing is heated through.
